Booking, Payment & Cancellation
Every booking begins with a written quotation that identifies the itinerary, hotel category or named hotels where confirmed, vehicle, meal plan, inclusions, exclusions and payment schedule. A trip is treated as confirmed only after the required booking amount is received and written confirmation is issued. Cancellation charges depend on timing and on non-refundable commitments already made to hotels, transporters, activity providers or other suppliers. The exact cancellation schedule applicable to a booking is therefore provided with the final quotation rather than assumed from a generic website percentage.
